And still, something keeps moving in the same direction.
The same relationship dynamics. The same sense of responsibility. The same difficulty choosing yourself.
A family constellation offers a different way of seeing.

What is a family constellation?
Every person is born into a family system. That system carries love, history, trauma, loyalty and sometimes unresolved pain that was never yours to carry.
In a constellation, what is usually invisible becomes visible. Not to blame anyone. Not to judge the past. But to understand what your system has been trying to show you.
And from that understanding, something can begin to shift.
What this day can bring you
Insight into patterns that keep repeating, in love, work, family or within yourself. Themes like:
Relationship dynamics and family loyalty. Difficulty setting boundaries or choosing yourself. Self-doubt, grief or emotional distance. Carrying weight that may not belong to you.
You do not need a clear answer before you come. Sometimes one honest question is enough.
How the day works
We start with a powerful meditation that will connect you with your inner self and family system.
Three participants bring their own question and receive a personal constellation. Others join as representatives, stepping into someone else’s system, and often finding something unexpected about their own.
Both roles are valuable. Both can be deeply moving.

You are welcome if you are willing to look honestly and gently at yourself, whether you are new to this work or not.
The day is guided in English, in an intimate group setting in Barcelona.

Places for personal constellations are limited to five.
